The Dakotas Prep Hoops Sophomore ID Camp tipped off on August 30, 2025, at the sleek Impact Sports Center in Sioux Falls, SD, showcasing a strong group of rising talent. With six competitive 5-on-5 squads in action, our goal was simple: watch them all, evaluate their games, take notes, and give these players the recognition they've earned.   PHD went into the film room for a deep dive, in this piece we focused on Team 2. -Loose ball steal   -Hustle back on D, tip pass, TO for is team   -Better handles & more skilled than I realized, precision passer   -Cut, catch, score, Wagner with the dime     #630   -Long-range shooter with an effortless stroke & soft touch   -Cash money in catch-n-shoot, swished it from the left college wing   -Hit a left wing triple from NBA range, buttery-smooth   -Catch & shoot triple from the corner, Wagner with the assist   -Catch & shoot on the right wing from college range, swish, great feet     #632   -Up to 6'4" now, intrigued with his length   -Smart & accurate bounce pass to Wagner for a score   -Long wingspan   -Swatted shot, perfect timing & anticipation   -Lefty slash to cup, fouled & went to the line, nice to see he can slash both L&R   -2nd chance points, O-board putback over the front of the rim   -Swing assist to Buhr for a triple   -Hit a deep 3, shooters touch roll, has to thank Wagner for the assist   -Scrappy player, doesn't back down     #644   -Nice size for a guard   -Has gone through a growth spurt, up to 6'0"   -Swing pass assist to Martini for a triple   -Baseline slash, nifty reverse layup finish   -Hesi move, get to rim, excellent finger roll finish at the rim   -He has some shake to his game   -Drive down the paint, split 2 D, contest score at the rim, nice take & finish   -Pull-up triple from the top of the key in transition, money   -Good at changing speeds and keeping the D off balance   -Drive down the paint, lefty AND1 twisting shot, wild finish, great concentration     #651   -Snagged a long O-board, swing assist after he secured the rock   -Another O-board, this one of a teammates missed FT   -Offensive rebound in traffic, putback bucket over front of rim from 5-feet   -Wow, another O-board, he has a nose for the ball   -Pull-up 3 ball in 2nd half, shooters touch roll   -Tipped SLOB pass, resulting in a TO for his team   -Loose ball steal, opportunistic player     #670   -BIG boy, strong frame   -O-board over the opposition, quick to share the ball w/teammates   -Proved that he can slash for buckets   -Corner catch, righty middle slash, got all the way to the rim, righty finger-roll     #672   -BIG fella, strong like bull   -Impressive with his left hand slashing & finishing   -Post up, mid-attack, spin baseline, physical finish, D can't match his power   -Good hands around the hoop   -Vacated the post to the short corner, catch, power move, AND1 2foot finish   -PNR, roll, catch, fancy footwork when going up, fouled & went to the line   -Shared the ball from the post, nice to see a BIG sharing the ball   -Catch on the R-wing, head fake, lefty slash across the paint, lefty finish, NICE   -Cleaned up the boards   -Moving the rock, assist to a slashing Schaan   -Drive from the top of the key all the way to the rack, fouled, back to the line   -Attack from the top, draw help D, kickout assist, teammate hit the 3   -Threw a lefty pass out of the post, impressed to see him pass w/ both hands   -Patient post-attack, got D out of position, drew another foul, back to the line   -Kickout pass from the post, hit a Squirrel for a triple   -PNR, roll, catch, score, awesome pass from Rasmussen
