Pennsylvania is no exception, as we highlight a handful of seniors transferring in from out-of-state who we expect to make notable impacts as they close out their prep careers.

Blake comes down from Canada by way of Polaris Prep with a handful of mid-to-high major programs on his trail. A fluid and well-built combo guard still in the process coming into his own, he's most natural as a scorer but is growing increasingly more comfortable on-ball with an effective herky-jerky handle and electric scoring ability at each level. The southpaw operates well going downhill with a blend of pace and athleticism, keeping his head up and using his size to make reads over the top of the defense. While he's still growing as a consistent perimeter shooter and into a more refined decisionmaker from the lead guard spot, the upside is undeniable for the dynamic guard whose brother is already in the D1 ranks at Vermont.

A long and wiry scoring guard, Gore has been among the more impactful scorers in Mercer County since his freshman year, racking up over 1,000 points already at Thrive Charter (NJ) and the former Trenton Catholic. A naturally dynamic scorer trying to transition into more of a lead guard role, Gore shows a polished skill level off the bounce to either side with smooth pace hunting spots for midrange pullups or muscling his way tough finishes. While not quite an advanced passer or facilitator, he's a capable simple ball-mover and pick-and-roll playmaker. A safe bet to earn recruitment at the scholarship level, Gore could place himself on D1 radars with continued growth as a lead guard and more consistent 3pt range as a shooter.

A last-minute enrollee at Perkiomen this fall, Mathis could be key toward putting the Panthers back over the top in the PAISAA race with his poise and polish at the point of attack. Coming to the northeast for a post-grad year after an accomplished career at Lake Travis (TX), Mathis is a crisp ballhandler and decisionmaker who strikes a natural score-pass balance from the lead guard spot. He's capable getting to the rim to score himself with either hand, while also keeping defenses honest as a smooth shooter out to the perimeter. With experience in FIBA play for Italy as the son of a D1 coach and former overseas pro, Mathis enters his post-grad year with clear pedigree and academic D1 programs already tracking him closely.

After a detour to the DMV at Prince George's Christian (MD), Bey-Moore heads back to his native Philadelphia to try his hand in the PCL for the powerhouse Cahillites. A burly two-way interior presence cut from a throwback cloth, Bey-Moore makes himself known with his physical game around the bucket. He carves out great position inside for seals/duck-ins or rebounds, finishing efficiently using smooth footwork in and out of his moves. While strong across his body, he's more nimble and vertically athletic than he gives off initially, offering some scheme versatility on D at as a '5'-man at the D2 level with strength inside and comfort moving his feet in spurts on the perimeter. Despite being a bit limited in the upside department, Bey-Moore's consistent motor and commitment to his role should make him a scholarship-level target over the course of the season.

In a world where shooting becomes seemingly more valuable with each passing year, it seems like only a matter of time before White becomes a valued target for scholarship-level programs running modern offense. A classic wing sniper originally from Canada, White spent last year winning a NEPSAC championship at Newman School (MA) while also spending time gaining reps with Newman's second team. With premium size on the wing and deceptive fluidity as an athlete, White can heat up in a hurry with a textbook stroke off the catch, possessing deep range and refined footwork getting set out of college-style actions. He has a skillset at his size that can potentially add value up to the D1 level, with coaches hoping to see more consistent production and diversity in the floor game in his new locale at Perkiomen.

Just as the transfer portal has reshaped college basketball in recent years, the high school landscape has also been impacted by consistent player movement. Pennsylvania is no exception, as we highlight a handful of seniors transferring in from out-of-state who we expect to make notable impacts as they close out their prep careers.
