Pink Team - Toledo Top 64 Preview

The Toledo Top 64 is back for its 4th consecutive year, and this will be the preview of the Pink team at this event! This squad is loaded with talent and is expected to be one of the fun teams to watch in this event. They have some players who can go get a bucket whenever they want. I expect them to play fast and get a lot of buckets in transition during this event. Young is a player who continues to impress and get better every time he's on the floor. Last year, he really showed out at the Toledo Top 64 and turned a lot of heads with his performance. I'm excited to see what he's been working on since then. He's a skilled scoring guard who can hurt you at all three levels, and his confidence makes him a tough guard in any situation. Price is a scoring guard with great size and athleticism, and he looks the part of someone who will be a solid player at the next level. He's strong attacking the rim and has the tools to put pressure on defenses every possession. With his frame and ability, he's a matchup problem and someone I expect to make an impact at the event and his junior year. Williams may be undersized at the point guard spot, but he makes up for it with his ability to control the game. He's an elite floor general with great vision and passing ability, and last year he put on a show at this event. He's athletic but not all flash he defends, makes smart plays, and always plays the right way. He's the type of guard every coach wants running their team. Elchert is a tough, physical player who does all the little things that win games. He rebounds, defends, and brings a competitive edge that quickly turns you into a fan when you watch him play. He's an excellent all-around player who impacts the game with effort and energy. Hornbeak is a straight-up hooper. He's a guard with an extremely long wingspan and uses it to be a disruptive defender. With great size for a point guard, he handles the ball well, slashes with confidence, and always competes with high energy. His competitiveness and versatility make him one of the more intriguing guards in this field. Graham is a shifty guard with a good wingspan and a natural feel for the game. When he gets into a rhythm, he's super tough to stop. He can knock down shots when open, but he's also dangerous slashing to the rim. His quickness and creativity make him a tough matchup for any defender. Hines brings toughness every time he steps on the court. He's a physical player who plays with a high motor and isn't afraid to mix it up. His energy and edge set the tone, and he's the type of competitor you want in an event like this. Expect him to bring it from start to finish.
