<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The latest 2026 prospect rankings have been released by our PHI staff!&nbsp; Here we examine the best of the best at the point guard position!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1552475' first='Marquis' last='Clark'] (Whitney Young)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Clark has been a mainstay as the top lead guard in this class since the beginning of his career.&nbsp; He is a strong and silky smooth combo that is coming off a big summer with both his high school team and [program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='Meanstreets' last=''].&nbsp; In the EYBL he proved he can play against the top players in the country and excel.&nbsp; Expect a massive senior season from Clark.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1554516' first='Christopher' last='Kirkpatrick'] (New Trier)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kirkpatrick is a skilled and productive point guard from New Trier that has excellent high school career.&nbsp; He is a fiery guard that plays with a lot of swagger.&nbsp; Range on his jump shot, quickness off the bounce, and is a good passer that puts his weapons in positions to succeed.&nbsp; Coming off an injury in the spring he played limited in June and then with Elevate in July.&nbsp; Also committed to Princeton.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1435692' first='Rykan' last='Woo'] (DePaul Prep)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Woo is a flat-out winner.&nbsp; He is the type of point guard you want on your team because he impacts the game in so many ways.&nbsp; First is with his leadership as others want to follow him.&nbsp; Second he is a high IQ guard that makes excellent decisions as a passer with pinpoint dishes.&nbsp; Third he can score with crisp jump shooting and soft touch finishes.&nbsp; Add on he can be a pesky defender.&nbsp; Brown is getting an impact Ivy League guard.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1874810' first='Jayden' last='Riley'] (Yorkville Christian)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Riley has been on the map for the majority of his high school career.&nbsp; He has taken his game to another level as we saw with Yorkville Christian in June.&nbsp; Riley is a shifty ball handler that can win off the bounce and score in bunches.&nbsp; Speed with the ball and has a knack for finishing in the paint.&nbsp; What elevates Riley's stock even more is his high level vision and feel for the game as a passer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2823476' first='Lawson' last='Zulu'] (Rock Island)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Zulu will be the lead guard on one of the top teams in central Illinois this season.&nbsp; He is coming off a strong June with that squad where he played with a ton of speed and quickness getting downhill making plays for himself and others.&nbsp; Brings leadership and athleticism at the lead guard spot.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
