Stock Risers in the Updated 2028 Rankings

Prep Hoops Missouri released its newly updated Class of 2028 rankings this week. Here is a look at some of the top stock risers in the updated rankings.      A 6'3" small forward who catapulted himself into the Top 10 after a strong summer with MoKan Elite. He is a explosive athlete who competes with a strong motor at all times. He is a physical slasher who loves to attack the rim and he also rebounds at a high level. He saw some limited varsity action last year on a Class 6 state finalist, but he will see his role increase this season on a young a talented Red Devils squad. He recently received his first Division I scholarship offer from SEMO>     A 6'2" point guard who was the biggest stock riser in the rankings. He plays the game with a smooth demeanor and at his own speed. He is a three-level scorer who has good fundamentals and a high basketball IQ. He sees the court well and distributes the ball well with creative dimes off the move. He can stop and pop from the mid-range and also hit the deep ball. He played on a talented Gateway-Knights 15U squad that won a championship on the P32 New Balance circuit.     A 6'4" small forward who made a big jump after a strong summer showing for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075283' first='Arsenal' last='Hoops'] 15U squad. on the Adidas 3Stripes circuit. He is a solidly built player who loves to attack the basket with explosive athleticism.     A 6'0 combo guard who and a strong summer with the Wer1 15U squad. He is a creative scoring threat who can get a bucket at all three levels. He is quick and shifty with the ball and he can drop off a defender. He finishes well in traffic and he can also pull up and elevate from the mid-range area. He can also keep defenders honest with his 3-point shot.     A 6'4" forward who was one of the most productive first years players last season as he averaged 13 points and five rebounds a game. He excels inside with slithering moves around the basket and he can also play well on the wing with his ability to drive and knock down 3-pointers. He makes good use of the jab step to set up his defenders. He is also a good ball handler in the open court as he grabs rebounds and goes coast to coast for layups.     A 6'0" point guard who was one of the top young players in the SWMO area. He has slick handles and excellent court vision to feed teammates with nifty passes. He also has the ability to score at all three levels. He creates well off the dribble as he can get into the lane and operated off of two feet and play through contact. He can also dial it up from 3-point range. He had a strong summer playing up at the 16U level with the MO Tribe squad.
