He was an extreme threat to let it fly as soon as he crossed half court. He did a great job of moving without the ball in his hands. He displayed his ability to slither around screens, spot up, and quickly get his shot off. He handled the press defense with ease. Morinia did a great job of getting to the paint to force the defense to collapse. He was shifty with the rock in his hands. He was able to create wide open looks by attacking his defender off the dribble and creating quite a bit of space. The 6'5" wing created his own shots by using his long frame to get to the basket. He consistently finished high and strong at the basket. He played with a high level of intensity and really made his presence felt on the floor. Offensively, Diego stayed on the attack. He consistently got to the teeth of the defense and made the correct play for his team. He displayed his pull up jumper when he felt space on the drive and finished strong at the rim when he got to the basket. He dished out a few no look dimes throughout the ball game which lead to quality shot attempts for his team. He also stood out as a strong finisher at the rim. He played through contact really well throughout the ball game.
