Ebube Joseph was the top post presence I was able to scout at ROW 2027, but his game goes far beyond just dominating the paint. Ebube has a good spot up jumper and his height allows him to shoot over smaller defenders as well as showing ability to score at will driving to the basket. Joseph is a great rebounder, and his strong physical frame helps him with that. Joseph will definitely be a huge watch at Grand Oaks this year and he is coming off a strong summer campaign in which he averaged a near double double. College coaches want to hop on this 2027 prospect early!

Hans Patagoc was one of the more impressive playmakers with a more well-rounded game at the showcase. His main attribute that caught my eye was his assist game, always knowing where his teammates were on the court and his defense was good on the perimeter as well, hounding ballhandlers into forcing turnovers and converting fastbreak opportunities. Hans had a big summer with Texas Takeover and I expect that to continue into a productive year for Tompkins.

Micah was a great guard to watch in transition and driving to the rim through tough contact during his team's games. Malone can score off isolation opportunities, get himself to the foul line, and play solid defense both in and out of the paint. His wiry 6'3 frame allows him to notch steals, score over opposing players, and provide extra help when crashing the glass. Malone's motor was also good in the games I watched, and he definitely made an extra effort to make sure his team did not go home early on Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='2888392' first='Braylon' last='Hall'] was a dynamic presence who can function as both a wing/forward and a guard. He was one of the main ballhandlers for his team, helping to beat the press and move the ball around as well as using deceptive speed and toughness to get easy buckets from any spot on the court. He attacks the basket with ferociousness and aggression and if he does not make the first shot, he grabs his own misses for putbacks and extra opportunities to put points on the board. Braylon was one of the most impressive hoopers in the 2027 class at the event that I had never seen before, and I expect him to make some noise this year at Baytown Lee!

My sleeper 2027 prospect of ROW award goes to Mr. McIntyre for his overall performance and hustle game he showed on the court. Aidan helped steer his team to a championship and ended the night with good high-level energy, rebounding, athleticism, and scoring prowess all showcased. He showed that he can score from three levels, turn up the speed in transition, and help control the pace on offense. He will have a big year at Lamar if he keeps up the momentum and plays tough every night.
