Check out some premium athletes in the 2027 class who bring athleticism, length, strength, and big bursts to the floor. These guys create constant mismatches or bring impactful defensive versatility to the floor.

The Kennedy point guard is an excellent athlete who can add pace to the floor, plays with big bursts to attack gaps, and uses that athleticism to impact the game on the defensive end. He can stick with players on the perimeter, cut down drives, and his ability to stop and start with the ball has a huge impact on shifting the defense and getting into the heart of the defense.

Kinnay is an athletic wing with some big-time finishing ability at the rim. He's a high flyer with great hangtime and can take contact, adjust, and finish. His defensive effort also showcases his athleticism as he can rack up stocks and is a reactive off-ball defender. He's playing at Auburn this winter and should add another dynamic wing to their rotation.

The 6-foot-4 wing has some easy lift when attacking the basket and possesses a quick second jump that allows him to compete for follows at the rim and be a big factor on the glass. He's also a dynamic defender who can block shots from various angles and can switch onto bigs with his length. He's a key guy for Renton who will make plays around the paint on both ends.

Nunez is a unique athlete, even for this list. At 6-foot-4, he has the bounce to get up and finish at the rim, but it's his power that really sets him apart. He can play from the perimeter and use his strength to bully his way down driving lanes and to the hoop, but he can also attack the offensive glass, work from post-ups from different spots, and utilize his strength and short bursts to get by defenders.

Buol has some real length for a guard, and it shows up in his big crossovers and ability to shake by defenders to the rim. He's also been a threat to hit in the midrange this summer, thanks in part to that length and ability to play on balance. He'll be a kid to watch at Olympia who can make an impact on both ends with his size and athleticism.

Larson is a powerful athlete whose effort and engine show up in a big way on the defensive end and making little plays throughout the game that get his team extra possessions. He's a strong kid who can get up and finish high at the rim or use his body to create contact and space in close. He'll guard multiple positions at a high level and can be a real difference-maker with his hustle and intensity.
