In this article we look back at the better scoring guards and wings from 15U division at The Platform.

Penn Seely Real Basketball 2028

Seely is a hard worker in the court. He's a player who just knows how to be around the ball at all times. He put in work this weekend with strong drives to the basket scoring multiple points while being fouled. He does a lot of his scoring around the rim following up missed shots and just playing well off two feet. Penn is a two-sport athlete who uses the physical aspects of football to help him on the basketball court.

[player_tooltip player_id='2369940' first='Will' last='Foley'] [player_tooltip player_id='2391665' first='Kessel' last='Heat'] 2028

Foley is a speedster in the backcourt. He plays to his strengths and looks to blow past defenders when he's closely guarded. A lot of his game is based off north to south with the ball and high-arching floaters along with jump shots in the lane. Will is small but makes difficult shots quite often. When out on the perimeter he hit a few threes as well.

Eric Foster Team Herro 2029

Foster and his team played up a level at the Platform. Prototypical guard size for his age group, he scored well off the bounce making several layups in traffic. He garnered attention by beating guys with his crossover and dropping off passes to the bigs. In a low-scoring contest, he still displayed three-level scoring and a feel of the game.

Duece Johnson IL Wolves 2029

Johnson is a projectable guard with size whose team played up a level. He excelled using his handle often to break down the defense. Deuce scored well from mid-range and the three-point line. He plays at a good speed and has the strength and size to be effective in high school next season.

Noah Livingston [program_tooltip program_id='2785912' first='Team' last='FVV'] 2028

Noah is a talented guard with size and good length for a guard. He is slender with a modest handle and touch around the rim. He has a smooth demeanor on the court. Good off the bounce with stop and pop jumpers. Livingston displayed some range from the line and he has breakout talent potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='2389292' first='Troy' last='Ford'] [program_tooltip program_id='2785912' first='Team' last='FVV'] 2028

Troy has the size and skill to be a name in the state. At 6'4 he is an athletic wing player who runs the lanes well and finishes plays at the basket. Ford can cover multiple positions and does a good job rebounding. His handle is strong enough for him to grab a rebound and push the break.

[player_tooltip player_id='2892375' first='Malakhi' last='Calahan'] Drako Elite 2027

Calahan is an electric scorer who made plays from all three levels. He's tight with the handle and uses shifty moves to get space and score. In the blowout win Calahan shot the ball well and dropped some nice dimes to his teammates. Malakhi is young but is going into his junior year still has some room for improvement in his game.

Cortez James Chicago Cannons 2028

James is a crafty point guard who constantly gets in the lane and scores at the rim. His change of pace was very good and he kept the defense guessing. Cortez scored often playing off two feet and getting to the free-throw line several times.

Kai Havey Chicago Chicago Cannons 2028

Harvey actually played up a level at The Platform. He is a slick ball handler who gets to his spots each and every time. As the defense made adjustments to his game he countered with simple pull-up jumpers. Kai is very talented and can find himself making an impact this upcoming season at Homewood Flossmoor.
