Shane’s Top Underclassmen – Midwest Live

The best high school basketball teams in Ohio and surrounding states are all in one gym and competing for the last weekend of June. His ceiling is very high. He is a really nice, bouncy athlete with explosiveness. He has some good length. He had impressive control around the rim and finished at a high level. He is a physical finisher and not afraid of contact. He had a crazy spin move into a tough finish off balance. He is just getting better, and his confidence is improving. He is gaining more skill and is showing in his offensive aggressiveness. He is a tough player to stop once he gets a head of steam to the rim. He had a viral clip this weekend of a nasty poster in the halfcourt of a rip-and-drive. He was doing a little of everything you want out of your starting guard. He is a sophomore who does not play like one. He is a great passer and knows how to distribute the ball to his teammates. He has a high IQ and feels for the game. He handled the pressure put on him very well. Bowman then started to find his pockets of scoring, too. He stepped in and hit some big threes. He finished strong around the rim with great touch as well. In a very tight game late, Jackson came in and won the game for Warrensville. He handled the ball and pressure of a full-court press from a very athletic team. He is a quick and shifty guard with handles who knows how to break you down and get by the defense. He then has great court vision and has multiple game-winning assists late to teammates. He just set them up in great positions for them to score. Highly impressive IQ and game from a freshman.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
