Reebok National Championships Saturday Standouts

He was creating off the dribble and knocking down step back jumpers from 3-point range. I was most impressed with his passing skills. He entered high school as a 3-point shooter off the catch, but he has now developed into a potent scorer who can create off the dribble and get into the lane. He operates well in the pick and roll where he can get downhill on the drive or shoot the 3-pointer if the defender goes under the screen. He is a strong athlete who doesn't mind drawing the contact in the lane. He could get to the elbow and hit a nice turnaround jumper. He used his speed to get into the lane where he was able to score on some twisting moves as he contorted his body in traffic. He dropped some nice dimes from the high post and he also showed good court vision in the half-court offense. He could also score in a variety of ways.
