The Portland Rise tournament hosted by Hoopsource this weekend was located at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA. We had the privilege of watching and observing several games on Saturday. This article is part two of the top performers we covered.

Grady McKittrick (2026 Grants Pass) - The highest scoring total we saw on Saturday came from 6-foot-2 combo guard Grady McKittrick as he scored 36 points in a win against GRIT. He was in control all game, leading his team to a hard fought win. Grady could not miss! He continuously beat guys down the floor to get his shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2457815' first='Jackson' last='Welch'] (2027 TBD/[program_tooltip program_id='2736879' first='Team' last='Progress']) - Jackson caught our eye when he led [program_tooltip program_id='2736879' first='Team' last='Progress'] to win against Grants Pass. Welch, a 6-foot-2 guard, was playing the game right and scored 16 points as he led his team to a victory. This past season Jackson played at Mountainside HS, but is on the move, and undecided where he will play next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2394184' first='Luke' last='Eischen'] (2026 Forest Grove/[program_tooltip program_id='2078849' first='Team' last='Fly']) - Eischen is a player we haven't seen prior, and he impressed us with his ability to shoot the ball. We liked his abilty to create opportunities for his teammates and to shoot from all three levels. He finished with a team high 14 points against La Center. We will keep Eischen on our radar as he could be a possible All-League selection in the Pacific Conference.

Gage Echauri (2027 Aloha/[program_tooltip program_id='2736879' first='Team' last='Progress']) - One of the taller prospects we saw this weekend was Gage Euchari, a 6-foot-6 forward from Aloha HS. He was busy doing good work in the paint offensively, and protecting the rim while actively getting rebounds on defense. Most of his shots came close around the basket, but he also had a nice touch from the mid-range spots.

Rhett Lewis (2027 Trinity Lutheran/Three Peaks) - We were impressed with Rhett's ability to be a two-way player. He was getting after it on the defensive end, getting key steals and deflections. Lewis, a 6-foot-2 combo guard, also led his team in scoring with 15 Points against Kihei Select. The best skill we noticed about Rhett's game was his three-point scoring as all of his points came from behind the 3-PT line.

Carter Garcia (2027 Caldera/Three Peaks) - Garcia was a great all around player for Three Peaks Elite in the two games we watched him play. He could do a little bit of everything on the court. Carter was seen leading the fast-break and getting important buckets in transition. He finished the game with 14 Points against Kihei Select.

Mac Toney (2028 Caldera/[program_tooltip program_id='2248658' first='Boss' last='Basketball']) - In the one 15U Game we watched, we were impressed with Mac, a PG from Bend, Oregon. In [program_tooltip program_id='2248658' first='Boss' last='Basketball']'s win against Kihei Select, Toney scored 11 Points, and dished out a couple assists as well. He was constantly setting the tone offensively and showed some good traits as a floor general.
