When the school demands everyone, including basketball players, are quality students, then the talent pool available for recruiting constricts drastically. Recruiters know they have to scour the country for players that can both play basketball well and excel in the classroom. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1911257' first='Hudson' last='McKnight']</strong> - Brentwood<br>Tall guard. Hudson is a natural leader. He cares more about the team than himself. Within his high school program, he is considered a top perimeter defender. The staff credits him with deflecting many passes. Hudson's AAU team consistently enjoys success too.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2349746' first='Carson' last='Asbaty'] </strong>- Bearden<br>Carson boasts a 4.0 GPA. He transferred from Knoxville Catholic to Bearden High recently.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1901670' first='Jake' last='Harney']</strong> - Battle Ground Academy<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2817446' first='Charlie' last='Taubenheim'] </strong>- Oak Ridge<br>Charlie scored a 27 on his ACT and will finish with a GPA greater than 4.0. Taubenheim impressed at the State Tournament with his agility and shooting touch. Considering his height Taubenheim will certainly play college basketball at some level.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1959892' first='Bryant' last='Hall']</strong> - Nolensville<br>Bryant is a member of the National Honor Society.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2436043' first='Hart' last='Weatherford']</strong> - M.B.A.<br>Hart boasts a 4.78 GPA right now and attends a rigorous high school (Montgomery Bell Academy). Further, Hart's AAU success continues unimpeded. He plays with [player_tooltip player_id='1901670' first='Jake' last='Harney'], [player_tooltip player_id='1911257' first='Hudson' last='McKnight'] and other notable high-academic dudes.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1834842' first='Michael' last='Fisch'] </strong>- Father Ryan<br>Fisch holds a 4.0 GPA and scored a 27 on his ACT.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2847447' first='David' last='Taft']</strong> - M.B.A.<br>Center [player_tooltip player_id='2847447' first='David' last='Taft'] reports a 4.9 GPA on a 5.0 scale. He started last year and will again for the Big Red.<br><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2283590' first='Carter' last='Ezell']</strong> - Centennial<br>Scored an impressive 34 on his ACT all while maintaining a 4.58 grade point average.<br></p>
