The newly minted Marist pledge impacted the game on either end of the floor. He stretched the floor as a shooter from behind the arc. Franz finished around the basket and even showed he could score through contact. He had good timing using his length to alter shots. Franz is as long as a country mile and uses it to his advantage. He was also effective running the floor.

Mita's play was a bright spot for his Penncrest squad. He is a tactician on the block and is very patient using fakes to catch defenders guessing. He also converted from behind the three point line. Mita plays with an active motor and never takes plays off. He is a tad undersized at the forward spot and can improve his later quickness. Mita is a priority for high academic colleges.

Jones was a monster inside and converted gimme buckets often for his East Catholic team. If he has you sealed on the block there is no way you are getting around him. He is very nimble around the blocks and showcases his soft feet and hands. Jones was a frequent customer at the charity stripe. He is in great spots to collect rebounds. He does a nice job of staying within himself and not looking to force things into existence. He found ways to gather steals. Jones is going to be a priority for mid major programs.

Kuqo contribute to his Bergen Catholic squad in a supportive role. He scored from behind the arc and also was a threat convert inside the paint. He continues to get better with experience and is one of the best bigs in the state in his class. Kuqo has good timing when going up to alter shots. He should see an uptick in his recruitment in the coming months.

Barrett is a developing forward who oozes with potential. He has tentacle like arms that allow him to contest shots and congest passing lanes. Barrett is in good spots on floor to get rebounds. He has an active motor and finds ways to stay productive in the game. Barrett got to the foul line several times. Barnett should be a priority for prep schools in need of a postgrad forward for the 2026-27 season.
