Lead Guards

When it comes to lead guards this class has a lot of them and there are a few in the Top 10 that you should know. Let's start out at Davis with the defending 6A Champions as they will be lead by lead guard [player_tooltip player_id='1611276' first='Bode' last='Sparrow']. This is up there as one of the best two sport athletes in the state and the kid can ball. He is tough as nails and he is starting to really excel on both ends of the floor.

Not to far away from Davis is Layton and they have a PG of their own in [player_tooltip player_id='1724368' first='Karter' last='Miller'] a player that will be in the contention of top scorer in the state the way that he has been playing this summer. He is not only skilled and quick but he just knows where his spots are and gets to them and he is a high percentage scorer.

Moving down to Utah County you have two really good lead guards in [player_tooltip player_id='1724367' first='Saxon' last='Young'] and Mana Winitanta. Winitana is at American Heritage and they look to give it one more shot at capturing a state championship and Winitana could be the player to do that. Build like a strong safety Winitana is a scoring machine that gets downhill better than most. Not too far away from AHHS you have [player_tooltip player_id='1724367' first='Saxon' last='Young'] who has made the move to Lope Peak and you guessed it, that makes Lone Peak a legit competitor. Young just knows how to ball and get the job done. He can score from all over and he has the motor to take on and hold his own against anyone.

Possible Stock Risers

Look out for [player_tooltip player_id='1724363' first='Preston' last='White'] over at Pleasant Grive as he is making moves and moving up the rankings slowly. [player_tooltip player_id='2400677' first='Ryan' last='Jenson'] an off the radar talent out at Box Elder could be making some moves. A lot to play for this coming season and he has a chance to rise. [player_tooltip player_id='2400409' first='Noah' last='Cardon'] a stock riser from up north at Mountain Crest could be making some moves up the rankings. One of the biggest stock risers in the class comes out of Bingham in [player_tooltip player_id='2477808' first='Owen' last='Bagley']. When he just keeps it simple this kid could really help his team out. If he takes advantage of the minutes he gets he is going to get next level looks.
