-Clark enjoyed two productive weekends with his HS team in the scholastic live period and was rewarded with his first Division 1 offer from American University. The high-academic (3.5) prospect flashed every thing that college coaches are looking for in a big: positional size, rebounding ability, consistent play-finishing around the basket, and some shot-blocking chops. His physical brand of basketball really sets the tone for a John Carroll team that needs his interior presence at both ends of the floor. Love his attitude and enthusiasm, he takes on whatever takes the coaching staff assigns to him and plays his role to perfection.

-Love the consistency that Owinje is bringing to his team on a nightly basis, averaging 14p 3r per game on 50/42/85 shooting splits for Clinton Grace. Owinje has always provided value as a shooter with good size but he has really boosted his stock by improving his athletic profile and using his shooting gravity to attack closeouts on a more consistent basis. Also have liked what I've seen out of him as a playmaker whether it's in movement on drives to the rim or from a stationary position on the perimeter-- he's consistently making the right read and executing timely passes to teammates for open looks. If he can continue to improve his footspeed and vertical pop to defend at a higher level while sharpening the handle-- I'd expect much of his D1 interest to turn into offers as he continues to prove that he plays winning basketball.

-Johnson has proven his value this summer as a scoring guard that can really fill it up in spurts. Love his first step as he's a point guard that creates the advantage off the bounce and keeps the advantage by either keeping his defender in jail behind him or exploding to the rim to finish past the defense. Johnson also has showed great touch around the basket as well as from 8' and in with a nice array of floaters with either hand off of one or two feet. The senior guard's midrange pull-up also makes it really difficult for his defender to go all-out in stopping his drives to the basket.

-There's nothing flashy about Lonergan's game but he is effective, serving as a great shooter and connector from the perimeter for a Cavaliers team that has been very good this summer. Lonergan does a great job of scanning the floor before he catches the ball and always seems to know where the help defense is at its weakest. Like that he is staying home defensively, not risking it all for steals and keeping his man in front to force TOs and bad shots over the top. He has improved his handle and is excellent at drawing fouls around the rim whether he is driving it in transition or in the halfcourt.

-Ehana has jumped up our rankings because of how impactful his explosive style of play has been for Frederick this summer. A gifted leaper with good size as a wing, Ehana puts a ton of pressure on the ball and also serves as a ball-hawking help side shot blocker off the ball as well. He hits the glass really hard for his team at both ends of the floor and has improved his touch around the basket to stick putbacks in traffic. Our scouts came away impressed with a flurry of rim-rattling dunks in a nice win for Frederick during the MBCA Live Period.
