Jones emerged as a valuable support piece as an underclassman at Sanford (DE) last year but looks to be taking a big step up in role and competition while stepping into a heavier scoring load at Cardinal O'Hara in the PCL. If his performance in his debut on Monday was any indication, the emerging wing forward is more than ready. Previously more of a stationary shooter, Jones did show off his stroke from the perimeter but was impressively active using his size and instincts to work free around the rim for easy buckets. He also showed useful touch from the midrange along with nice passing feel from all over the floor. Jones should step right into the starting lineup and should begin drawing the eyes of scholarship-level coaches in this coming year.

Coming off statewide Gatorade POY honors as a junior and a berth in the state final four, Obiora picked up right where he left off while showing the Hawks to be among the top contenders for a state title this coming March. The versatile and active hybrid forward was consistently causing havoc near the rim, whether he was initiating drives from the perimeter or catching closer to the rim for explosive finishes through traffic. Obiora was active defensively and on the glass while also showcasing his underrated feel as a passer on the move in tight confines. Still just 16 years old, it's hard to put a cap on Obiora's long-term upside with how impactful he already is while still being so raw in many areas. He should have a long line of D1 coaches getting eyes on him in the coming months.

Quietly among the more impactful underclassmen in the PCL last year, Brown looks set to take a big step forward while continuing to expand his game at a healthy rate. A versatile swingman blessed with natural touch and feel, he looked more aggressive than we'd seen in the past in a way that was really nice to see. Previously more of a standstill shooter and opportunistic finisher, Brown showed improved ball skills while attacking the rim from the perimeter before finishing with a blend of skill and athleticism. He shined as he typically does with his defensive playmaking and rebounding from the wing while flashing the shooting touch that's key to tying it all together in the long run. While still early in the process, it certainly would make sense for D1s to throw some looks Brown's way in the upcoming scholastic live periods.

Reid got off to a slow start but was key down the stretch as St. George's nearly pulled off a last-second comeback win. An active and athletic hybrid forward, he found effectiveness using his size, length, and instincts to crash into position for swift finishes around the cup. Reid also showed his valuable on the glass and as a secondary rim protector while flashing the ability to step out to the perimeter and keep defenses honest as a stationary shooter. He's still a bit early in his development but certainly shows the tools to merit scholarship-level attention in due time.

An incoming transfer from William Penn (DE), Coates looks to be fitting right in with his new squad while slotting in as the projected starting point guard. On a team relatively loaded with size and athleticism in the frontcourt, he looks to provide a much-needed element of playmaking off the dribble. Coates was consistent in his ability to generate paint touches off the bounce while showing nice craft as a dropoff passer to create scoring chances for his forwards. He also flashed as an impressive athlete in the open floor, with a consistent jump shot being the big thing we'd like to see in future evaluations as Coates establishes himself on college radars.
