Enjoy watching prospects in the 2028 underclassmen class. Presents a handful of prospects that will warrant Division 1 potential if they continue to develop. A deep class that didn't have 3 of the top players from the class participating in the game. I have also included a 2027 prospect in this report.

Feamster had a good overall showing in the All City Classic, finishing the event knocking down the 5 threes in the game and really putting his full game on display. The 6-3 shooter shows IQ, intelligence, playmaking, and scoring abilities all over the court. Feamster was able to flourish from multiple levels on the court, making plays off the dribble, knocking down jumpers comfortably, and pushing in transition well. I like how smoothly he operates and his ability to create his own opportunities.

Named MVP of the White Team… Phillips is such a malleable, low-maintenance player that he's capable of producing in all types of roles. He can dictate the offense as a primary creator, operate as a connecting piece, or operate without the ball. Phillips didn't show any weaknesses in his game. Also played in the 2027 game when a couple of the players didn't show. He's a knockdown shooter who consistently hits jumpers off the catch. He's comfortable attacking closeouts or generating openings for others. Phillips is a useful self-creator who doesn't look to dominate the ball or do too much. Although he's an efficient scoring option and willing playmaker, he also impacts the game as a defender and rebounder. Phillips can comfortably defend two or three positions, secure rebounds well for his size, and push the break effectively in transition. Given his high-floor/high-ceiling type of identity, it's extremely difficult to envision a scenario where Phillips isn't a impactful prospects for the next three years of High School basketball.

Name MVP of the Black Team…Smith is an extremely smart, refined guard who can do basically everything on the court. He's as polished as a freshman scorer as you'll find in high school basketball. Smith effortlessly creates clean looks for himself and others while mixing it up frequently from all levels. He's a solid three-point shooter who gets wherever he wants off the bounce, attacks the basket at a constant rate, and makes intelligent decisions with the ball in his hands. Smith is a quality athlete with a strong frame at this stage in his development. He displays great energy and sharp instincts as a defender at the point of attack, and forces turnovers at a nice rate. Given everything he's shown over two seasons of high school play, it's difficult to envision Smith slowing down any time soon.

At 6-foot-10 with incredible length and fluidity, he's already much further ahead than most of his peers at the big man position. He understands how to impact the game on both ends of the floor. Chwastyk is a quality athlete with excellent timing, instincts, and a high motor. He's a real problem for opponents defensively and already shows the ability to anchor the paint and reliably switch onto smaller guards. He rotates and recovers well to block shots but can also use verticality to contest penetrators without fouling. Offensively, he finishes well with either hand or regularly plays above the rim. Chwastyk primarily operates around the basket but displays intriguing flashes of skill for his size and develops into a stretch big. It's clear that he has the toolkit to be a notable prospect, so it'll be interesting to follow his development going forward.

Harris has that “it” factor in his game that will peck interest, especially with his blend of athleticism, size, scoring, ability to create, and facilitate. He has an electric feel on the court, scoring in a variety of ways, creating off the bounce, finishing at the rim, knocking down shots with (Range 15-19 feet) confidence, and his overall ability to find teammates noteworthy as well.

A quick PG who is in complete command of the game. Plays with a great/fast pace to his game and is good at keeping defenders on hip shielding ball to relieve pressure. Smooth compact handle with great change of pace. Great slow to fast trigger step hesitation moves and hip switch attacks. Great off hand. Good burst downhill. Vertical contact finisher and scorer from all three levels.
