In 2024-25 Jones was a standout at Sanford High School in Delaware and the No. 6 ranked 2027 prospect in that state. Jones recently transferred to Cardinal O'Hara and this upcoming session of Philly HS Live will be our first chance to watch him play with the Lions. I will be interested to see how he fits alongside O'Hara's returners. Jones can hit jumpers along the baseline, in the mid-range and from beyond the arc. His speed, agility and finishing skills make Jones an open court phenom. With his length and touch around the rim, Jones presents serious match-up issues on the interior too. Jones can also blow past his man off one or two dribbles for lay-ins. We expect that Jones will be a perfect fit for Cardinal O'Hara's up-tempo style of play.

One of the most talked about 2028 prospects in Western Pennsylvania will bring his talents east for Philly HS Live S1. Kane is an athletic power forward prospect with a non-stop motor and a fierce style of play. With his size, power and finishing skills, Kane can dominate a game from the interior. He is especially adept at scoring in close through contact. But do not sleep on Kane's guard skills. Kane owns the handles and speed to push the ball in transition for scores and assists. On half-court possessions, Kane can drain threes, operate in pick-n-roll action and blow by his man off the bounce. On defense, Kane is a shot blocking force and a rebounding machine.

Lawrence was the breakout star of the District 11-6A tournament as he averaged 15.7 points per game and posted 21 points (2 threes) in a win over Northampton. Lawrence's agility, speed, tight handles and finishing skills combine to create a serious scoring threat on the fast break. Plus, his court vision and unselfish nature make Lawrence a willing passer in the open court. On half-court possessions Lawrence can use his quick burst to blow past defenders and get to the cup for lay-ins. Lawrence can also pop jumpers from all over the floor, including from behind the arc. It should be noted that Lawrence is also an all-state football player (linebacker).

In 2024-25 the fast and wiry Turner started a handful of games for Carroll. He operated as a pass first point guard and held his own in the PCL. However, the departure of all-everything wing prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1454254' first='Luca' last='Foster'] should change Turner's role moving forward. Starting this weekend, Turner will be expected to score and distribute for Carroll. From what I have seen this spring, Turner is ready for that increased scoring role. Turner can produce points off the dribble as he can slip through even the smallest openings in the lane and then lay the ball in. Turner can also use those dribble skills to get to his mid-range spots for a pull up. If the help defense manages to cut off Turner, he will execute a drop pass to the dunker spot or kick out to an open shooter. Turner has also displayed a dependable 3-point shot.
