He was a dynamic multi level scorer this weekend. Frantz attacked the rim, making small lanes look huge. He was also able to utilize his pure jumper. Easily one of the top PG's in his class.

Canfield was a weekend star and was able to be that while playing up with Moneyball East. Canfield had the look of an aggressive and athletic scorer. He was able to initiate the offense with the pass and with the bounce. Canfield created his own looks when his team needed a spark.

Noble was definitely catching eyes this weekend at the Michigan State Tournament. He effectively used his length and athleticism to be a playmaker around the rim. Noble grabbed a lot of boards for the Muskegon Heat and he showed that he can be an explosive finisher.

Davis suited up with Highland Premier 16u and sent a message loud and clear about his game. Davis showed that he can be an explosive game changer on the offensive end of the floor. It won't hurt to mention again his 40 point game.

Let's start with Braxton;s shooting. He buried triples both off the bounce and off the catch. Braxton also showed the ability to push the ball in transition and finish on the other end in the open floor. He had a tricky finish through contact as well.

Cannon was terrific with Shoebox Elite. He was slippery on his way to the rim and proved very tough for defenders to stay in front of. Cannon was able to slide into change directions on the move. He had touch on his finishes, but was also able to finish through a defender.

There were just so many star performances at the Michigan State Tournament that we had to add a Part 2. This will highlight more of the terrific players that were weekend stars on the Prep Hoops Circuit.
