<p>Friday marks the first day of the BCAT Boys Hoopfest in Franklin, Tennessee. There's talent across the state. College coaches will have plenty of talent to look at for two straight days.</p>

<p>Here are a handful of prospects who will be evaluated at the BCAT Boys Hoopfest:</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1658056' first='Parker' last='Pounds'], Briarcrest: Alabama Huntsville, Lipscomb, Belmont, Samford, and Bowling Green are expected to evaluate the 6-foot-5 shooting guard. It's an important weekend for Pounds as he will get reps at point guard since the Saints' starting point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2283268' first='Greg' last='Spight'] is out with an injury. Pounds will get to show he can be a reliable ball handler and decision maker.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2376260' first='Davis' last='Cochran'], Brentwood: Lipscomb and Belmont will be in attendance to evaluate the 6-7 wing.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1946924' first='Chris' last='Johnson'], Nolensville: Alabama Huntsville, Cleveland State, Central Arkansas, and Palm Beach Atlantic are expected to be in attendance to evaluate the 6-7 forward.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1959161' first='Cade' last='Murphy'], Knoxville Catholic: The 6-5 shooting guard recently picked up offers from Air Force and Navy. He has received confirmation from a handful of programs that are expected to be in attendance to watch him play.</p>
