The 2028 rankings update came out with almost 120 players being ranked. Prospects jumped up in the update after strong springs. Here are the top stock-risers from the 2028 rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='2789030' first='Nakye' last='Bradshaw'], 6'2 SG Hamilton West

Bradshaw went up further than any other prospect in the rankings as he moved up 33 spots. The 6'2 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the rim and can draw contact around the rim. Bradshaw can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and moves well without the ball in his hands. Bradshaw's poise and ability to play on the ball are things that will help his development throughout the summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2504891' first='Sean' last='Forbes'], 5'10 PG Bergen Catholic

Forbes jumped up 20 spots in the update after a strong spring. The 5'10 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Forbes is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on the defensive end. Forbes has the ability to put up points in bunches and should put it on display this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763627' first='Isaiah' last='Thatcher'], 6'1 SG Paul VI

Thatcher moved up 15 spots in the update and has the potential to move up even higher in the summer. The 6'1 guard uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and rises up nicely on his jumper. Thatcher is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He works hard on the defensive end and moves well without the ball in his hands. Thatcher will get more opportunities to have the ball in his hands this summer, which will help his development in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2784326' first='Brady' last='Gillen'], 6'0 SG Toms River East

Gillen went up 14 spots in the update as he showcased his ability to stretch the floor. The 6'0 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and can knock down triples in bunches. Gillen can also get into the paint off the bounce and is able to draw contact. He can also run the offense in a pinch and gets deflections on the defensive end. Gillen is a sharp-shooting guard prospect who should continue to torch the nets over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2789859' first='Dave' last='Kobryn'], 6'2 SG Bayonne

Kobryn jumped up 11 spots in the update as he showed the ability to play both on and off the ball. The 6'2 guard uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and can finish through contact around the rim. Kobryn can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He is a strong rebounder and is an underrated defender. Kobryn's ability to make plays with the ball in his hands will help his stock in a big way this summer.

Other Prospects to Know:

[player_tooltip player_id='2763609' first='Jake' last='Ellis'], 5'10 PG/CG Hoboken

[player_tooltip player_id='2763587' first='Anthony' last='Serini'], 6'0 SG Holmdel

[player_tooltip player_id='2763589' first='Nate' last='Sloane'], 6'0 SG Colts Neck

[player_tooltip player_id='2806607' first='Tariq' last='El Khamiri'], 6'3 SF/SG Vernon

[player_tooltip player_id='2834606' first='Gary' last='Connelly Jr']., 5'6 PG/SG Gloucester Catholic
