Ty'juan was a factor last season for Vo-Tech as a freshman. He came in when called upon and stepped up to the plate as one of the main guards on the court at times. Savage showed nice two-way ability and I believe he will expand upon that heading into the new year. Ty'juan can knock down shots beyond the arc with regularity. Defends the ball hard and makes getting off a shot difficult for the opposition. Should see his production increase as his minutes and experience rise on the floor.

Justin is a big piece for New Hope and will be a huge factor this year. He will play a big role in handling the team's offense at the guard spot. Over the summer Justin has already looked to fit his new expectations as a strong 2-way starter. He can put the ball in the basket and looks a lot more comfortable with the ball as a lead guard. Still a knockdown catch-and-shooter but can create for himself better off the dribble now. Has the potential to be a go-to scorer as well as the top perimeter defender on a team over time.

The bouncy forward at Coolidge should see a few more minutes per night in this new year. He contributes energy and hustle to the team at all times. Andre can rebound well and never seems to run out of energy while on the floor. Knows where to be offensively and capitalizes consistently with dunkers' spot finishes and putback layups off the glass. Andre has good timing and vertical at his size and can block a lot of shots. Runs the floor in transition and embraces contact at the rim.

A new addition to the 2027 rankings, big guard [player_tooltip player_id='2889367' first='Avery' last='Richardson']. Avery has performed well so far over the summer during the AAU period. Sees the floor well at the point and finds any teammate who's open, probably his best ability. Although he thrives as a pass-first guard, Avery can score the ball with comfortability. Snakes his way into the lane well through the pick-and-roll, or can keep his defender on the backside to open up the floor for different options offensively. He is also effective as a guard off the ball as a dribble-driver off the wing. Excels at making plays for others and should materialize as a scorer over his next couple of seasons.

Joshua impressed me over the summer so far while watching him with TTO. He showed some great skill defensively and more confidence offensively that I had not seen before. Liked the way he was able to both protect the basket and come down with the rebound to end the possession consistently. He was a major factor in the painted area on both sides of the ball. Showed a smoothness to his game as he let the offense come to him over the games, shooting when open and in rhythm and finishing plays under the rim. If this is carried into the next season with MSJ, Joshua should see more and more consistent minutes as a strong role player off the bench.
