As the spring run of the grassroots season comes to an end we hosted one more stop along the Prep Hoops Circuit. Before high school teams take over in the month of June we have our second annual Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament being played at the Noblesville Boys and Girls Club. Our team of scouts had boots on the ground coverage throughout the day on Saturday. Here are some of the individual standouts from the games I watched.

Everything this 6'0" point guard does contributes to winning. Feldman was shooting it well from three-point range while also controlling the offense in all facets for [program_tooltip program_id='2559412' first='Marlin' last='Academy'] Black. He is a big reason why they will play in the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament semifinals on Sunday. The Roncalli High School rising senior is under control with the ball in his hands, displays great court vision, and makes good decisions without turning the ball over. He is a guy you can turn the keys over to and trust to run the offense.

Johnson III turned in one of the most impressive individual performances of the day on Saturday going off for 31 points to lead [program_tooltip program_id='2414167' first='502' last='Elite'] to a 71-49 win over [program_tooltip program_id='2559412' first='Marlin' last='Academy'] Red. He was scoring it off of the dribble from all over the floor including deep pull-up three-point shots and tough pull-ups in the mid-range. His ability to create separation off of the bounce and then elevate into his shot was very impressive.

Johnson III ended up leading the way with 31 points, but Kramer set the tone early in the game for [program_tooltip program_id='2414167' first='502' last='Elite'] in their 71-49 win over [program_tooltip program_id='2559412' first='Marlin' last='Academy'] Red. The talented 6'4" guard displayed impressive shot-making ability from the perimeter knocking in several tough, contested shots in tight windows. His combination of positional size and some explosive leaping ability allow him to get clean looks whenever he wants. Kramer, an unsigned senior from Holy Cross in Louisville, definitely showed himself as a college-level prospect.

[program_tooltip program_id='2847679' first='Refined' last='Indiana'] was absolutely unstoppable in their first game on Saturday defeating Illinois Warriors Elite 99-41. Reid, a 6'2" guard from Westfield High School, finished with 17 points and 8 rebounds in that game before putting up a monster 23-point, 17-rebound stat line in their second game later on Saturday evening. His strength and physicality on the perimeter makes him a load to handle.

We called our shot on Twitter while watching this prospect on Saturday. [player_tooltip player_id='2539932' first='Barrett' last='Rucker'] has Division I upside. The 6'5" wing moves so fluidly for his size and is very comfortable with the ball in his hands. His ability to catch-and-shoot from three-point range, create his own shot off of the bounce, and use his size to score inside is very impressive. Assuming he still grows a couple of inches the sky is the limit for what this [program_tooltip program_id='2847679' first='Refined' last='Indiana'] 15u prospect can become.

A consistent top performer at Prep Hoops Circuit events, Sims was shooting it in from three-point range as usual on Saturday at the Indiana State Tournament. The talented 6'0" guard scored 24 points while dishing out 5 assists in their first game and then had 20 points in their second victory of the day. [program_tooltip program_id='2076166' first='Grand' last='Park Premier'] White will play in the 17u semifinals on Sunday.

It didn't take long to see why Spinner is ranked #58 in the Prep Hoops Illinois Class of 2027 Prospect Rankings. The 6'2" guard, playing up an age division, scored 23 points in a win for Illinois Warriors Elite 17u on Saturday. Spinner connected on five three-point shots showcasing his ability to hit tough shots on the move while also creating scoring opportunities for his teammates as a secondary playmaker. He was one of the most impressive prospects in the gym.
