New England Clash Mill Works Eye Catchers

I attended the New England Clash on 5/3/25 at the Westford Mill Works. They have 10 courts and games going simultaneously. Such a unique venue, with up close and personal viewing experience. I watched parts of 7-8 games ranging from players in the 2025 to 2029 classes. The players below excelled and played exceptionally well to help their teams win or stay within striking distance.    To start, has a developed body ready for college with a strong lower half and absorbs contact with his shoulders. He can finish in a variety of ways even stretching the floor. Changes gears in a instant lulling his opponent to sleep effectively. Has a good second bounce to grab offensive boards. Vision was impressive as he anticipated where his teammates would be especially the trust factor.     Passing is his greatest skill especially a strong one hander and on time. Rebounds well for a guard. Has a variety of handles that he keeps the ball from getting in oppenents hands. Footwork is exceptional on defense leading to stout defense when the team needs him to shut someone off.     Runs the floor well, creating great space. Shot the ball well in the second half going 2 of 3 from deep, making two in a row. Has a strong base while shooting. Understands the defense while in mid-air to alternate his shot to a scoop shot avoiding the blocks.     A pure shooter including a step back three. Plays on Prout's varsity soccer as well which translates into his exceptional footwork and agility on the court. He has a smooth release and works hard for his shots. I predict in his Senior year he will make 2-5 3's a game for Prout.     Protected the ball well as the floor general. He senses the pressure and escapes it with ease. Ben gets a ton of paint touches and leading to high percentage shots for his teammates or himself. He is intelligent baiting multiple players into fouls on deep or mid-range shots. He avoided his close range shots from being blocked a few times.     A physical point guard who plays through contact. Changes directions quickly and effectively. Has the ball on a string. Loves to get paint touches and seemlessly. He has good counter moves against the defense especially when they over commit.
