With the first NCAA Live period coming up this weekend, players will have their first chance to play in front of division one college coaches, as well as coaches that aren't local to their area who will be traveling to major tournament sites.

With that being said, we're going to spend the week previewing some of the VA and DMV prospects at these events that we believe college coaches should take the time to evaluate, and could see their stock rise.

Here's a look at part two of some of the prospects who will be playing in the MADE Hoops East Live in Baltimore, MD this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2618871' first='Jackson' last='Wallace'] | 6'1” PG | FABO Runnin Rebels 17U

Wallace has solidified himself as one of the best guards in the Fredericksburg area and one of the more underrated ones in the state, and he's already started this summer on a tear showing he can fill it up with the best of them. He's the type of on ball scorer who doesn't have much wasted motion in his attack and is able to get to wherever he wants without over dribbling, he has a deadly midrange game and can hit tough pull-ups, he shoots it well from deep with good range and he can make plays for others as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148730' first='Cooper' last='Konetschni'] | 6'6” WF | FABO Runnin Rebels 17U

Konetschni is another player who has had a great start to his summer with FABO, and he's one of the more intriguing and under the radar players that scholarship programs should take a look at. At 6'6” he's a walking mismatch as he can knock down shots from deep and put it on the deck to get to spots, he can post smaller defenders and finishes well around the rim, he's a good passer for his size, and he can play and guard multiple positions too.

TJ Moultrie | 6'4” CG | Mid Atlantic Select MHC 17U

Moultrie has been turning heads at the MADE Hoops Events so far this summer with some very impressive performances, all of this coming off being named Second Team BCL with Archbishop Spalding as a junior. At 6'4” Moultrie has great size for his position and is a dynamic guard who thrives in transition with his speed and athleticism, he's excellent in ball screens with his ability to drag out switches for mismatches or attack drops and make plays for others, he uses his size to finish well in traffic, and his toughness and energy on both ends of the floor is something his teammates feed off of constantly.

Ghavyne Saint Pierre | 5'10” PG | Mid Atlantic Select MHC 17U

Saint Pierre has been a big part of the rise of the Boys Latin program in Baltimore over the past few years, and during a stellar junior season he showed that he's one of the most prolific and natural scoring guards in the area. He's a crafty and slick guard who can change speeds and use counters to create space, he is deadly in the midrange and works very well in ball screens where he can manipulate defenders and get to his spots, and while he can fill it up in a lot of different ways he also is an unselfish playmaker who makes the game easy for his teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='2780049' first='Will' last='Twetten'] | 6'4” WF | [program_tooltip program_id='2349432' first='Team' last='Attack'] Sigman MHC 17U

Twetten had a breakout season for Woodgrove this year earning All District honors, and he's an under the radar recruit that small schools could get an absolute steal with as a player who could not only come in and play immediately but also has a lot of upside moving forward. He has good size for his archetype as a “3 and d” prospect at the next level, he plays the game the right way with a high IQ, he shoots it at a high clip from deep and he's very savvy on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1588130' first='Devon' last='Pettibone'] | 5'11” PG | [program_tooltip program_id='2349432' first='Team' last='Attack'] Sigma MHC 17U

Pettibone had a fantastic junior season for Briar Woods, emerging as one of the well rounded and skilled guards in Loudoun County and showing his ability to both run and team and put up big scoring numbers as well. While he isn't the biggest or the fastest he plays with great pace and is able to keep defenders off balance with his change of speeds and levels off the bounce. He's a dead eye shooter from deep off the catch, creates space off the bounce and is a crafty finisher with both hands around the rim.

With the first NCAA Live period coming up this weekend, players will have their first chance to play in front of division one college coaches, as well as coaches that aren't local to their area who will be traveling to major tournament sites.
