[player_tooltip player_id='1982894' first='RJ' last='Davis'] - Ridge View HS - [program_tooltip program_id='2245581' first='Carolina' last='Rebels']

Davis was playing on loan for the weekend with his old grassroots team. RJ runs on the EYBL Circuit with Team CP3. RJ showed some flashes this weekend why he's currently ranked the #2 prospect in the 2028 Palmetto State Class. Davis was able to finish some buckets around the basket on tip ins with his length and leaping ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='2630772' first='Armani' last='Jones'] - Aiken HS - Big Shots Dunkman Elite 2028

Jones is quite efficient with his game in a quiet way at times. Armani is effective in scoring the ball, collecting rebounds from his position and making that extra pass to a teammate on the floor. Jones finished with some short jumpers when he wasn't playing harassing defense on the other end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2783932' first='Trez' last='Mincey'] - Curtis Baptist (GA) - [program_tooltip program_id='2231960' first='Big' last='Shots SC'] Elite 2028

Mincey plays his game inside the paint area while working both sides of the block. Trez has thinned out his frame looks to be headed back East next season after playing in Georgia. Mincey confirmed to Prep Hoops he will attend North Augusta HS next fall. Trez was able to finish around the paint area this week at a good clip.

SC Elite-Family Wins at Buzzer:

The SC Elite-Family won an exciting game at the buzzer here this weekend. Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2418911' first='Jamerion' last='Williams'] hit a half-court shot at the buzzer in a win over Team Loaded South 2028 here today. Williams a point guard from Abbeville HS worked his magic and help the Upstate SC Elite-Family program get the victory. Jamerion was able to get the ball into the lane pretty much all day long here.

[player_tooltip player_id='2422170' first='Quintavious' last='Calhoun'] is quite an interesting prospect for the 2028 Palmetto State. Prep Hoops first saw him back a few years ago. The left-handed Calhoun already has good length and mobility on the hardwood. Calhoun an agile forward really likes to play out on the wing while facing up to the basket. Quintavious is capable of banging around inside the paint when needed. He will look to alter and challenge shots on the defensive end of the floor.

[program_tooltip program_id='2134373' first='Team' last='USC Unleashed EYBL'] 2028 Has Plenty of Talent:

Where do you start with this lineup at times? This USC Unleashed squad has a deep roster to produce every night from top to bottom it seems. The Red and Black defeated a very good Tre Mann 2029 squad 76-67 before falling to Big Shots Elite Blue Chips (WV)15U on Sunday morning 66-63.

[player_tooltip player_id='2339844' first='Jeremiah' last='Hunter'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2554843' first='Aidan' last='Walls'] make the engine go from out top it seems their ball-handling skills and willingness to get the ball to the basket. Hunter is quick up the floor while looking to get downhill to the basket. Jeremiah does a nice job of changing speeds. He plays at Seneca HS in the Upstate Northwestern Corner.

Walls really looks to excel in the transition game and getting the ball to the cup. Aidan plays his best game going to the rack in attack mode. He attends Horse Creek Academy over in Aiken.

[player_tooltip player_id='2418910' first='Ricky' last='Hood III'] will have a new address next year and looks to be at Greer HS. Hood will follow his mother Nicole Hood to Greer HS as she was recently named the girls' basketball coach at the school. Ricky certainly had some moments this weekend in a game where he had 3 straight dunks on a 6-0 run for Team USC Unleashed. Ricky plays his best basketball inside the paint area with his athleticism and nose for the ball. He can step-out to knockdown the short 8–10-footer at times.

[player_tooltip player_id='2813875' first='Jamel' last='McKinley'] is a name that will be certainly trending upward in the weeks to months ahead. McKinley came up late in the season for the Cane Bay HS Cobras last season. The long and rangy McKinley plays his game out on the perimeter for the Black and Red. Jamel will challenge and alter shots on the defensive end of the floor.
