When the showcase games are tipping off, what match-ups of top players should you keep an eye out for? Here is the list!

Tounder Yessoufou of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1560740' first='Dothan' last='Ijadimbola'] of [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Yessoufou is a five star rated McDonald's All American headed to Baylor. He is similar sized to Dothan and it's a great measuring stick for the local Gopher offered forward and where he's at. Two versatile and strong forwards going at it.

Kareem Stagg of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1572690' first='Chase' last='Thompson'] of Strictly Bball. Staff is a top 100 four star 2025 forward headed to Georgia, Thompson is a top 150 ranked forward headed to Clemson. These are both inside-out strong players that have skill but can also finish emphatically.

Jaden Toombs of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1310206' first='Tommy' last='Ahneman'] of Strictly Bball. A top 30 SMU signed big against a top 100 Notre Dame signed big. Hopefully between all the highlights from the guards these guys get a couple post up battles to go against one another.

Jermaine O'Neal Jr of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1560867' first='Christian' last='Wiggins'] of [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Excellent wing match-up of 6'4 versatile players. O'Neal is an SMU signed wing whereas Wiggins is committed to Iowa State. Both players are ranked in that top 100 area nationally.

Chance Mallory of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1550877' first='Jayden' last='Moore'] of Strictly Bball. The speedy playmaking guards! Mallory is headed to Virginia in a month to start his college career. Moore is 2026 lead guard. Both are top 150 speedy playmakers nationally and they will have the ball in their hands flying up the floor.

Marcus Jackson of RWE vs [player_tooltip player_id='1765515' first='Jaidyn' last='Coon'] of [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. These are the high flying forwards that are about to make some highlight reels this weekend. Jackson just committed to Arizona State, Coon is a top 125 ranked 2026 who is also the top prospect in the state of Iowa.

Mike Wilson of Wisconsin Playmakers vs [player_tooltip player_id='1560882' first='Cedric' last='Tomes'] of [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Wilson is one of elite combo guards in Wisconsin as a top ten player in his 2026 class. Tomes is of course one of the elite players in this class with his Minnesota and Oklahoma offers among others. A pair that will playmake and score.

Jacob Webber of ETG Midwest vs [player_tooltip player_id='1978099' first='Colin' last='Rice'] of [program_tooltip program_id='2075630' first='Martin' last='Brothers']. The forwards that will score. Webber is a shooter but will go to the rim. Rice will go at the rim and finish but can also shoot it. Rice is a bit taller, Webber is ranked higher nationally. --
