Another Wayne County standout, Dwayne has a good feel for the game from his point guard position. He is a floor general. Smith fills up the box score and can be counted on to make plays on both ends of the floor. He rebounds well from his position and is a scrappy defender. Smith shows toughness when attacking the rim and draws fouls on his drives.     The smooth three-level scorer can take over games. He has nice body control when attacking the basket, able to finish with both hands in traffic. Welborn has gotten stronger and more explosive each season. When playing off the ball, Welborn has catch-and-shoot marksmanship from beyond the arc.
