Neve is one to keep an eye on out of Carson High at the No. 9-ranked small forward/wing position. He's a versatile threat on the floor given his ability to operate on the wing and in the interior. Neve recently surpassed 500 career points as a sophomore. He's a prospect who's playing up on the 17U stage as a 2027 prospect with [program_tooltip program_id='2078471' first='Carolina' last='Riptide'] this grassroots cycle, something which should improve his stock in the long run.

Marshall is an emerging presence out of Victory Christian School, checking in at No. 7 at the small forward/wing position. He's quite the rebounding machine and defensive anchor on the hardwood to make note of in the 2027 rankings. At 6-foot-6, he does a tremendous job of utilizing his strength and frame to exhibit his physicality in the painted area as well as a knack for knocking down shots outside the paint. He'll be a name to know in the [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] frontcourt this grassroots cycle.

Dobyns checks in at No. 6 at the small forward/wing spot out of Wesleyan Christian Academy. He's a long, wiry prospect who's coming along as a presence on the wing who can knock down shots on the perimeter with consistency. He shot 71 percent from 3-point range in Session I with [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] on the EYBL stage in Arizona this past weekend. He's slowly becoming a DI prospect to target in the state.

Glaspie was the leading name to know with Carver High in the 336 area this past season. The 6-foot-5 prospect checks in at No. 3 at the small forward/wing spot. He's a shifty forward/wing who likes to navigate off the bounce and make things happen for himself and others when he's on the floor. He's a smooth operator on the fly who makes things look effortless even when he's finishing at the rim.

Minlend was a strong presence in the Concord Academy frontcourt in their run to this past season's NCISAA State Title game, checking in at No. 2 at the small forward/wing spot. He's got a nice blend of versatility to his game after producing 11.3 points on 44 made 3-pointers in his sophomore year with the Eagles. He also put up 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 steals per contest. As he elevates his play this spring/summer with Team Loaded VA, look for his stock to rise in the 2027 rankings.
