[player_tooltip player_id='1953390' first='Matt' last='Mikulka'], 5'9 East Brunswick

Mikulka had a strong junior season and is looking to carry it over into the spring. The 5'9 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and can knock down triples in bunches. Mikulka moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the halfcourt. He slides his feet on defense and is an underrated passer. Mikulka is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should torch the nets from distance during the AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1775140' first='Jamiko' last='Smith'], 5'10 Hackensack

Smith has been a steady presence in the backcourt for the Comets and should show it during the AAU season. The 5'10 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finishes strong around the basket. Smith can also score in the mid-range and can knock down open jumpers in the halfcourt. He is a tough on-ball defender and finds his open teammates in the halfcourt. Smith is a gritty guard prospect whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help his stock over the next couple of weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1943568' first='Cam' last='Vick'], 5'9 East Brunswick

Mikulka is not the only East Brunswick guard to track this spring as Vick is also one to watch. The 5'9 guard has a good handle, which he uses to blow by his defender and finishes in a variety of ways around the basket. Vick can also play off the ball and sets his feet before he shoots. He uses his instincts to get deflections on the defensive end and is a solid passer. Vick 's ability to run the offense efficiently is something that will help his game over the next couple of weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2450726' first='Nolan' last='Barnes'], 5'9 Lenape

Barnes took a big step up during the season and should continue to take strides forward during the AAU season. The 5'9 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to get into the lane and knows how to finish around the basket. Barnes is more than just a slasher as he wastes little motion on his release and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He is a tough on-ball defender and is an underrated passer. Barnes had three 20-point games last season and should continue putting up those scoring numbers during the spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2342644' first='Justin' last='Hunt'], 5'9 Paterson Kennedy

Hunt had moments for the Knights during the season and will be looking to make his mark this AAU season. The 5'9 guard has a nice first step, which he uses to get by his defender and finishes well around the basket. Hunt has a good touch on his floater and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He makes it hard for his man to get to his spot on the floor and moves well without the ball in his hands. Hunt has the potential to breakout this season as he should have the ball in his hands more.
