[player_tooltip player_id='2823476' first='Lawson' last='Zulu'] (Rock Island)

This 5'10” lead guard is a smooth ball handler that is slippery through traffic scoring. Pushes in transition and wins off the bounce in one on one situations. Sound shooting stroke from three as well. Will be part of an outstanding three guard trio for Rock Island next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2823489' first='Avian' last='Thomas'] (Rock Island)

The other junior guard for Rocky is Thomas. At 5'11” he is a quality shooter knocking down threes spotting up. Also uses his quickness to get in the lane for his soft touch finishing game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2823571' first='Trey' last='Birditt'] (Normal Community)

Lefty junior floor general that loves to get in the lane for crafty scores in the paint. Has a great feel for finding weaknesses in the defense while scoring with floaters and nifty layups at the rack. Does a nice job of getting to the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='2422253' first='Max' last='Russell'] (Mounds Meridian)

Russell is a tough lead guard from Mounds Meridian in southern Illinois. He is a plus shot maker from three that can hit them in bunches.

[player_tooltip player_id='2823684' first='Nolan' last='Keller'] (Triad)

Keller shot the ball well from three when we saw them in a light night game at the Pinckneyville Shootout. Quick release and consistent accuracy. One to monitor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2823690' first='Jaxon' last='Marlow-Evans'] (Carbondale)

Marlow-Evans brings the juice for Carbondale as the 5'11” point guard is a solid jump shooter, but is most adept at using his speed getting in the lane for under the rim layups or getting to the charity stripe for points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2405377' first='Darrin' last='Dick'] (Palatine)

High IQ lead guard that has an excellent feel for the game making good decisions with the ball in his hands. Best as a distributor getting others involved with his instincts. Can also knock in an open three spotting up.
