"We had a mission to get to the playoffs but we fell short due to some injuries," Spafford said. "I feel like we could have had an extra push on the defensive side of the ball, but no way to better go out with my guys. I've been with them all four years, kind of, but, it was a great way to end it up, right? Honestly, it was pretty surreal because it was a big change of going from Milwaukee, where you had to be the guy but this year, really learning how to be a point guard and a leader. "

"Just being that, helping learning how to connect with my guys, and get that big win over LaSalle, definitely a highlight," Spafford said. "I just wish we could have finished off a little stronger, but I honestly couldn't ask for anything better with my guys."

"Definitely just building connections right now, and just weighing my options," Spafford said. "I've been talking to some really great schools and building a lot of good connections and obviously the goal is to play at the highest level I can. But, no matter where I start, I just want to keep hooping, man."

Spafford notes that he's looking at all options right now but broke down some of the schools he's currently looking at, starting with Linfield. "I've been talking with Coach (Levi) Sieg - he's a great guy and I love their family that they're building over there," Spafford said. "I think they're going to have a big boost in these next couple of years with the guys and the kind of family they're building over there. And, other JUCOs like Grays Harbor and Portland those have some great guys and I love how they play. Honestly, I'm definitely just weighing out my options right now and just keeping open."
