buried consecutive triples for Aquinas to give the Blugolds a 16-7 lead over Bonduel with 12:33 left in the first half, the issue was basically settled.
Bonduel competed with intensity and most definitely attempted to get back into the game, but Aquinas simply shot it too well, defended too well, shared the ball too well and rebounded too well for Bonduel to make any serious push. Aquinas' 74-45 victory was as convincing as they come and helped the Blugolds cap a memorable season that included a share of the Mississippi Valley Conference title with Holmen.
