The Class AA State Tournament is a go. Who will be seeded where? We tell you what we think tonight!

(1) Albany (29-0) vs Pelican Rapids (24-6)

Albany has been number one all season, they stay there. The Vikings have had a heck of a year but they have the lowest QRF and when they played five seed Montevideo, Pelican Rapids lost by a wide margin. They are the eight.

(4) Breck (19-10) vs (5) Montevideo (25-4)

Breck played a big school schedule for part of the year and many of those opponents were name opponents. You know Albany doesn't want to see them as the four. Montevideo has had one heck of a run beating JCC and earning their top ten ranking in a strong way.

(2) Waseca (30-0) vs (7) Pequot Lakes (23-7)

The Jays are undefeated, an easy two, Pequot Lakes has seven losses but QRF/schedule better than Pelican Rapids.

(3) Caledonia (28-2) vs (6) Minnehaha Academy (19-9)

Caledonia is likely being penalized here a tad for playing a couple bigger school teams and losing, but they do have a couple losses. Minnehaha gets into the top ten rankings later in the year and gets the nod as the six over PR and PL based on the better results vs their schedule. Minnehaha Academy has not bad losses on their list.
