This a guard-loaded class in NOVA public schools. Here are the players I would put in my starting 5.

HM [player_tooltip player_id='2898014' first='Dylan' last='Williams']
[player_tooltip player_id='2898014' first='Dylan' last='Williams'] would have been a starter if not for the elite guard talent this class has. Dylan ran the offense for Heritage, and he is one of the better passers in the area. He racked up double-doubles with assists, and with Heritage returning a lot of their roster, they could challenge for a state title next season. He was a second-team all-state selection in class 4.

HM [player_tooltip player_id='2815353' first='Aidan' last='O'Connor']
This 2027 class has a lot of risers, especially on this list. Aidan had a big year for a Loudoun County team with a lot of talent. Aidan is an elite shooter who plays both guard positions well. Junior guard Tristen Conrad handled the ball a lot of the time, but Aidan does a good job playing the point in spots.

HM Jonathan Bell
Jonathan Bell is a smooth and skilled scorer who put up some big games for Gar-Field this season. Jonathan is a coach's son, and it shows when he plays. The mix of IQ and skill is evident when he plays. He averaged close to 20 a game and is a fantastic passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353657' first='Kaylen' last='Chilton'] is as good as any guard in the state for 2027. Kaylen was the leading scorer for a state title-contending Woodson team. Kaylen has an elite handle and is one of the toughest guys to stay in front of. He does a great job finishing over defenders in the paint, and he hits tough jump shots. He is effective as a shooter off the catch and off the dribble. Kaylen was a first-team all-state selection, and he takes up one of my guard spots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353606' first='Amani' last='Asare'] was one of the best guards in NOVA in his first season on Potomac. With Amani transferring from Bishop O'Connell, big things were expected of him, and he delivered. Amani is extremely quick and a great shooter. He is an elite shot-creator at all three levels and is a good passer. He is a good defender and forces turnovers with his speed. Amani is one of the best guards in the state for 2027, and he was district player of the year.

At one of my guard spots, I have [player_tooltip player_id='2788037' first='Kevin' last='Reyes']. Kevin was a guy who raised his stock more than anyone this year. Kevin is a great three-level scorer and is extremely crafty. He has a high level of skill and is a good passer. Stone Bridge has a lot of young talent, and if they stay there, they could be one of the most improved teams in NOVA next season.

Kam Cain is a player that even with how good he is right now, I think he hasn't even got close to his potential. Kam is a great athlete and defender. He attacks the rim well and does a good job on the glass. The shot isn't fully there yet, and once he tightens up a few other things in his game, he's going to be even better than he is now. He was a first-team all-region selection.

[player_tooltip player_id='2548309' first='Masyn' last='Miller'] is another fantastic Sophomore for Heritage. Masyn is a nice wing who shoots the ball at a high level. Masyn can score from the mid-range, but his best skill right now is as a floor spacer. He has good size, and if he grows a few more inches, it will take his recruitment up a notch. He was a first-team all-region selection.
