Below we quickly detail the 10 new additions to the rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815160' first='David' last='Conerly'] | Inglewood | No. 38

Conerly is a long, wiry and athletic wing whose combination of size and perimeter offensive skill at 6-feet-6 makes him an intriguing prospect to track over the next two seasons. Conerly showed creation skills and shot-making ability off the bounce.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815162' first='Carson' last='Butler'] | Roosevelt | No. 62

Butler spent most of the season dominating at the junior varsity level as the Mustangs' upperclass-loaded roster made runs to CIF-SS and State Open Division titles. Look for the 6-foot-7 forward to have a breakout spring and summer with Compton Magic and a bigger role at Roosevelt next winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815168' first='Lucas' last='Gaspar'] | Mater Dei | No. 63

Gaspar was a solid transfer addition at Mater Dei this season as the 6-foot-6 wing provided some offensive versatility and shot-making off the bench for the Monarchs. Gaspar slowly worked himself into the rotation and will likely become more comfortable within the Mater Dei system next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815159' first='Kamron' last='Tonga'] | Sunny Hills

Tonga is a dual-sport athlete who is flying under-the-radar because he spends most of the fall playing football but his basketball skill-set is good enough to the point where Division II and NAIA programs should keep him on their radar. The 6-foot-5 lefty is a scoring forward who is best in face-up situations where he can use his ball skills to attack the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815195' first='Isaac' last='Hagens'] | Long Beach Poly | No. 85

Hagens played a back-up role at Poly this season and showed flashes of interior and perimeter skill. The 6-foot-7 lefty has soft touch around the rim and good footwork in the painted area. He also flashed some face-up shooting ability off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815175' first='Dominic' last='Loehle'] | Heritage Christian | No. 103

Loehle is a savvy playmaking guard whose feel and basketball IQ lend to his "true" point guard skill-set. The 6-footer has good game-managing and decision-making instincts and operates with good pace with the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815177' first='Paxx' last='Bell'] | Mira Costa | No. 104

Bell's ability to shoot the three-ball bodes well for the future of the Mira Costa program. The Mustangs advanced to the CIF Southern Section Division 1 championship game and will graduate a good amount of seniors, meaning Bell's role next season will be much bigger. The 6-foot-3 shooting guard has compact shooting mechanics and deep range off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815219' first='Asher' last='Haloossim'] | Windward | No. 105

Haloossim was a steady ball-handler and decision-maker for the Wildcats this season. He served as a guy to handle pressure, initiate offense and get the ball into the hands of his teammates where they could be successful and he did that at a high level.
