State champion, [player_tooltip player_id='1243525' first='Miles' last='Williams'] was named my 3A MVP. He showcased his floor general skills all year long, and averaged 10.7 APG. He does a great job of keeping his eyes up when he is bringing the ball up. And he's capable of making some slick passes. Williams can also get downhill with rock if the opportunity presents itself. On defense, Williams was a pest and frustrated his opponents often.

The Sierra Vista guard breaks into the top 35 after previously being outside the top 50. [player_tooltip player_id='2145751' first='Noah' last='Brosier'] made a ton of highlight reel plays this season. He is the definition of a high flyer and caught lobs for alley-oops just about every game. Brosier doesn't just make flashy plays though. He also hustles for loose balls and is a very underrated defender. His speed and wingspan help him cover ground, and he swatted 25 shots this season.

Mr. Game Winner. Da'quan Brown hit two game winning shots for Green Valley this season. He also had a lot to do with their 9-1 conference play record. On offense, he can hit shots from the perimeter, and he can also get to the cup. On defense, his athleticism comes in handy and he isn't an easy guy to get by.

Taylor moves up 14 spots after helping lead his Mater East Knights to a state title. I was able to watch him play multiple times this season and his effort constantly stood out. When he was on offense, he was efficient and hit 70% of his shots. I also named Taylor the defensive player of the year in 3A due to his ability to come up with steals. All in all, it was a productive year from the senior.

The MVP of the 4A Sky League moves up a few spots! Duke led the way for the Longhorns this season. He seemed to be able to get a bucket just about whenever he wanted, and he averaged 22.7 PPG. Much of his scoring was off of drives to the rim and 3-pointers. The other thing that you notice when you watch him play, is how hard he competes.

Previously ranked in the 60's, Gebremeskel had put together a season that warranted more than a slight jump in the rankings. He is a well rounded 6'3 guard that did a little bit of everything for Clark this season. On offense, he drained shots from the outside and also had some success in the paint. On defense, his length and height helped him disrupt shots. He also averaged over 1 steal a game.
