[player_tooltip player_id='2797838' first='Shane' last='Nelson'] is a strong defender, and his length consistently poses problems for his opponents. He disrupts shots, comes up with blocks, and gets a steal every so often as well. I also believe that he can get even better on the offensive end. As he has the height and coordination to get more buckets around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='1988381' first='Julian' last='Gibbs'] was a swiss army knife for Democracy Prep this season. His height and athleticism made him valuable on the defensive end and he cleaned the glass a bit too. While the Knights ran a majority of their offense through their guards, Gibbs still averaged 7.2 PPG and is a capable jump shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2723606' first='Bradie' last='Xaysana'] was one of Pinecrest Sloan Canyon's more reliable players on both offense and defense. On offense, he found ways to get open in the paint, and proved that he can make tough finishes. On defense, he's does a nice job of marking his man and stays active with his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2798436' first='Dontae' last='Young'] showed up in a big way for Virginia City in the 1A State Title game a couple of weeks ago. He went after rebounds relentlessly and also scored some second chance points. Although he is undersized for a forward, he also held his own on defense thanks to his frame and physicality.

[player_tooltip player_id='2797836' first='Hunter' last='McGory'] was a bit of a bruiser for Basic Academy this season. He played with intensity and didn't give up anything easy on defense. He also set picks on offense and found ways to score. Although he didn't rack up a ton of stats, his efforts went a long way for the Wolves.
