[player_tooltip player_id='2610389' first='Caleb' last='Samuel'] / Senior / LaVergne / Forward
Caleb reminds of Ron Artest. Remember how he sometimes won games while scoring 8 points? Or Ben Wallace. Caleb is incredibly impactful. An elite defender. An elite rebounder. More forward than guard. But at 6-foot-2 and 195ish pounds, Caleb is a bull. Tough-minded.

[player_tooltip player_id='2358778' first='Sean' last='Goggins'] / Sophomore / Stewarts Creek / Small Forward
When Stewarts Creek hosted LaVergne February 7th sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2358778' first='Sean' last='Goggins'] played with uncommon maturity. Goggins rebounded well. He moved the ball from point to point without turning it over. LaVergne is one of the best defensive teams from the I-24 corridor and Goggins handled their defense well. In a year Goggins will be a First Team All-District player.

Camrahn Samuel / Senior / LaVergne / Forward
Wonderful on-ball defender. Tough. Camrahn Samuel scored 12 points in a road victory over Stewarts Creek.

[player_tooltip player_id='2735316' first='Rylan' last='Woods'] / Junior / Tellico Plains / Wing
Rylan plays a patient wing though his lean, basketball body makes plays all over the court. Woods is one of the top college prospects in this district. Woods can score from various points on the floor. Prefers to face the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2773775' first='Amaure' last='Manier'] / Sophomore / Lebanon / Point Guard
Though he lacks the scoring pop of the other four on this list, Chadwick does so many things that help TPHS win basketball games. He controls tempo, takes care of the basketball, defends, and injects the game with energy throughout.
