Sectional Preview: Kyler's Class 1A Players to Watch

We are just within a week from arguably the best week of the Indiana High School Boys Basketball season with Sectional take place across the state. This week, both Brandon Ramsey and myself will give my in-depth previews of each Sectional however, I want to take a look at five players from each class that you need watch for to have strong showings. Here are five players from Class 1A to Watch.    Possibly the best overall player in Class 1A will be looking show out during Sectional week. Christian Academy shooting guard and Marian signee [player_tooltip player_id='1297066' first='Joshua' last='Renfro'] will bring in over 21 ppg into Sectional 63 this week. When it comes to players at the Class 1A level, there is no one better at lighting it up from behind the arc. Renfro and the Warriors kick off Sectional 63 play vs West Washington on Wednesday (3/5).     Year-in and year-out, you can always expect the Orleans Bulldogs to be near the top of Class 1A and this season, it was no different. A big reason they have once against showed success this year was because of senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1297109' first='Rylan' last='Crocker'], who averaged over 16. 0 ppg on 42% shooting. Crocker is they go-to scorer for the Bulldogs and brings the experience to help them get out of the tough Sectional 62. Crocker and Orleans have a date with Medora on on Wednesday (3/5).     There is no question about it but [player_tooltip player_id='1560962' first='Blake' last='Neill'] is one of the best overall player in all of Class 1A. Throughout the season, he has led Bloomfield to become one of the best overall teams in Class 1A and have them as a true contender to come out of Sectional 61. Averaging nearly 30.0 ppg, Neill is a taller wing that can score at all three levels and uses his bigger size as a guard to score on smaller defenders at the Class 1A level. Bloomfield is in action vs Shakamak on Tuesday (3/4).     When looking at Class 1A players that could have made this list, I decided to go with 2 players out of Liberty Christian with the first being 6'2 shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2414946' first='Tamarje' last='English']. English is one of the three electric sophomores for the Lions and will bring in over 10.0 ppg for them during Sectional week. English will showcase some high level athleticism and motor for the Lions. In Sectional 57 play, Liberty Christian starts with MTI Knowledge on Tuesday (3/4).     The other Lion that I am adding on this watch list is 6'2 point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140408' first='Kendrick' last='Martin']. Martin has been the leading scorer for Liberty Christian this season averaging over 15.0 ppg for them. Martin is one of the more active guards on both ends that will see in Class 1A and will produce at a real high level in Sectional 57. Honorable mention on this watch list is fellow Liberty Christian Lion [player_tooltip player_id='2368807' first='Tywaine' last='Fuller Jr'].
