He scored the ball from all over the court and took over this game when Centreville was close to tying the game. Jemon hit timely shots, and on a team loaded with talent, he oftentimes is this team's go-to option. Jemon has a great handle and is a tough shot-maker. He is a strong driver, and he uses his cross-over into a stepback or side step to create separation to get his jump shot off. Kaylen is one of the fastest players with the ball in his hands I've seen this year, and he is an elite shot-creator on all three levels. Kaylen has had a solid year two on a well-balanced and elite Woodson team. I'm always interested to see these private vs public school matchups, and Hayfield was able to get it done in large part to [player_tooltip player_id='2242382' first='Alex' last='McFarlane']. Alex does a fantastic job catching shooting and moving to get open looks. He can create his own off-the-bounce, and he does a great job finishing through traffic as a driver. Alex is a great athlete and has the size you want out of a 2 guard at the next level. One of the players that I like is Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2749973' first='Charlie' last='Boone']. Charlie is a great spot-up shooter with nice range and a quick release. He does a great job attacking and finishing at the rim when he's driving to his left. Taj is a player that I've watched and talked about a little in the past. Taj is an elite shooter who doesn't force shots. He plays well within the flow of the game/offense. He has stretches where he can get you points in bunches, and he does a great job playing at his own pace. He is a good off-ball mover and specializes in playing off the ball as an off-ball shooter. Joshua is a terrific athlete and is strong. Joshua does a great job as a roller, and he finishes around the rim well. Joshua rebounds and defends in the paint. Joshua can get you a bucket out of the post when asked of him as well. I was excited to see Tuscarora take on Heritage in a game of two of the better teams in NOVA this season. Tusky cruised to a win, and Joshua dominated.
