Meet the Nominees
As a Freshman, Gavin is the starting PG on Varsity at 5A Boerne Champion HS. Gavin has had a monster season and last week was no different, tying an all-time school record for 3s in a single game, knocking down 9-3s for 33 points 9/14 3FG (64.3%), 12/17 FG (70.3%) against Smithson Valley. This follows his recent double-double (12 PTS, 10 AST, 6 REB, 2 STL) against Tivy Kerrville. This C/O 2028 sharpshooter leads the Champions Varsity in scoring and assists for the season.

AJ Brown, a 6-2 junior, who can play the 1-5 from Elbert County High school, scored an impressive 33 points in Elbert County's region win over Ogelthorpe. He also added 10 rebounds, 6 steals, 5 assists, and 1 block in the contest. This is AJ's 7th double double game of this season. He leads the region in double doubles, rebounds, and blocks, and is sitting in the top 3 in points, assists, and steals.

Nathan set a school record 10 3's and 42 points in a come-from-behind win over Kaukauna.

He had a 40 point game against new Berlin, Eisenhower last week Thursday. He had multiple 30 point games in the last two weeks.

Crossed the 30 pt mark with 31 pt 7 steal performance. Averaging 22.1 pts game and 5.5 steals over the first 11 games as a sophomore. Played for VWBA 15u over the summer.

Averaged 24ppg and 6 rpg in Nike TOC, including 37 points(7 3's) against Canyon of Anaheim, to earn All Tournament recognition. Currently averaging 22.5 ppg shooting 49% from 3 with 62 made 3's through 13 games(3 30+ point games).

Highlights
Tyler Eklund led his team to two big conference wins last week over Pine City and Aitkin. In those two wins he averaged 31 points, 10 assists, 9 rebounds, 7 steals.
Tyler is averaging 29.3 pts, 10 assists, 7 rebounds, & 6.5 steals for the season.
The Braham Bombers are currently 9-2.
