The East Chicago Central Cardinals are a team you need to take serious at the Class 3A level. Last night, the Cardinals got their 10th win of the year with a 64-49 win over Hammond Central. Of course, like it has been all season, it was the senior duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1297020' first='Dominique' last='Murphy Jr'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2390221' first='Yamauree' last='Wallace'] that led them in scoring. Murphy Jr had 24 points and Wallace had 19 points. On Saturday, East Central Chicago will host a very tough Portage squad.
