Talk about stuffing the stat sheet. Wallace finished with 19 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals on Saturday evening, but East Chicago Central came up short against Crispus Attucks 69-59. The super athletic 6’4″ wing is one of the best rebounding perimeter players in the state and is a disruptive, versatile defender as well. Really strong showing for him against one of the top teams in the state.

Another high-upside prospect from up in The Region that is playing with the Indiana Rough Riders this weekend at the GRBA National Championship. Wallace put together an excellent junior season at East Chicago Central averaging 11.8 points and 6.8 rebounds and has continued that strong play into the summer months. The 6’4″ wing has excellent physical and athletic tools projecting as an impressive two-way threat. Wallace plays above the rim, attacks the basket hard driving it right, and is capable of guarding several positions.

There is no denying the physical and athletic tools that Wallace possesses on the wing. He handled the ball a lot for East Chicago Central showcasing some comfortability in the open floor as he consistently sliced through the defense in transition. However, he was even more effective running the floor and receiving a throw ahead where he could go play above the rim to finish. Wallace is an excellent rebounder from the perimeter and has some upside as a two-way wing at the next level.

This physical 6’4″ guard was a key piece of East Chicago Central’s success this season as they would finish 22-5 including a Sectional 1 championship. Wallace was the third leading scorer on the team averaging 11.8 points to go along with 6.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. His physicality and two-way presence on the perimeter makes him a very intriguing prospect. He makes his debut in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2025 rankings at #61.
