Good height for a guard. Dugger was kind of a forward for the first two years of high school and AAU, but he improved his agility and maintained that impressive catch-and-shoot game. Listed 6-foot-3, 170 pounds.  Dugger could hold any spot from the 110's to the 140's and the main thing holding him back from Top 100 is foot speed.  He will be a little slower as a perimeter defender if he lands in the Division II range. He dropped 19 points on Knoxville Catholic.  Clark and teammate <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1532563' first='Devyn' last='Martin']</strong> couple to make this edition of the West Rebels the best in recent memory.  Reese gets dinged for his height at 6-foot-1, but might be able to play either guard position in college.  Good athlete. High effort guy. Strong rebounder.
