2028 Rankings Update 11-15

PH NorCal has updated the Class of 2028 Rankings. These prospects are on the Varsity. We have starters and role players that contribute coming off the bench. We've seen them with their AAU team, and at showcase events. They got our attention playing good basketball in the Spring, and Summer at the 15U Level. For some it's been an adjustment playing up on the Varsity, nevertheless these are good prospects who'll adjust and grow their game overtime.    The Freshman is starting and leading a good group of young players at Edison, Stockton. Averaging 12.2pts in 21 games. He has the tools to be productive playing both guard positions. He's a good ball handler, and willing passer with vision. He can create his own shot working from the top and sides, he's good in transition finding ways to finish at the rim.       Camara is new to the game of basketball. Standing 6'8 with a muscular body, he gives good effort when he enters the game. He goes after rebounds, has strength and size for presence in the paint, he's alert. When he gathers himself, and powers up off two feet he'll be hard to stop. He runs hard down the middle of the court. He has the body, hustle, and determination. Development and learning the game is key for this newcomer.     Standing 6'3, the lengthy arm Phillips is still growing. He uses that arm length on the defensive side of ball taking up passing lanes and getting deflections, then finishing with transition layups. He has good lateral movement defending out on the perimeter. He takes care of the ball, doesn't waste dribbles, handles are good. He's a good court runner, filling lanes. We've seen him make a 3ptr along the perimeter. We'll have to see more of his offensive capabilities, for now he's contributing defensively.     We got our first good look at Bozeman at the Pangos Frosh Camp, he played his way into the top 60 game. He's a fast guard with quick dribble exchanges, using the cross over and speed to go by defenders. He handles ball pressure, can attack along the perimeter, and in transition. He gets good lift on the mid-range and paint jumper, he can make 3's. He has a good skill set we'll see more of later on. He has quick hands and feet to defend. He's still adjusting to the Varsity we think.     He's a hard playing versatile prospect who can play multiple positions on the Varsity. He's still developing his individual skills away from the basket, ball handling, passing, and shooting. He gives good effort running the court filling lanes for transition buckets. At 6'3 he'll get rebounds almost 5 a game. He works hard on the defensive side of the ball from perimeter to the post. He has the strength to help defend bigger players. We'll see more
