2027 Top Stock Risers First Five

PH NorCal has updated the Class of 2027 Rankings. The first five are familiar prospects who have played well in the early season, logging quality minutes starting, or coming off the bench, they're contributors. They've been playing good basketball since the Spring and Summer on the club circuits against quality competition in Adidas 3SSB, Nike EYBL, or Under Armour.    He's made good progress as a lead guard who can put points on the board and still run the teams offense if called to do so. He's the leading scorer on a 15-2 team. He seems to have found that comfort level, and confidence knocking down jump shots. He can get hot knocking down 3's. Consistency is key.     He's stepped into a bigger role this season and has handled it well. His point production is up. At 6'3 he'll get his rebound, and bring it up himself. He's filling lanes, makes good cuts to finish around the rim taking some hits. He's using his dribble to attack from different areas. He's knocking down open 3's more often than not. He's defending hard out on the perimeter.     He's our biggest riser in this group. Standing 6'3 he'll grow more. He's a true combo right now, showing he can switch roles and run the offense up top. He's fast pushing and looking in transition, he has vision to find cutters and shooters. He'll use his handles to go left or right on the drive, yes he can get a bucket, dropping long 3's and finishing plays around the rim. He's a long arm defender, with lateral movement to defend multiple positions. He'll rebound. 13.9ppg, 4r, 3.3a, 2.1stl     White has scoring abilities, but what gets him on the court right now is his effort on the defensive side of the ball. He's a good on ball defender, sticks to his man, has good lateral movement. He can handle, see the court, and move the ball. We've seen him take, and make big shots with the game on the line. He can hit the 3pt shot, use his body, and hard dribbles to attack the basket.     He's a quality guard, he fits well as a combo for now. He has the handles, and speed to go by defenders for off the dribble pull up jumpers, and get into the paint for lay ups, he has good touch. He has lengthy arms, foot speed, with lateral movement to defend the whole court with quick hands for steals, and to disrupt ball handlers. He makes good movers in transition to get by defenders.
