Miller played with great pace all night against O’Dowd. Throughout the game he was quick but never in a hurry. He scored nine first-quarter points, including a steal-and-layup, a deep three, and an acrobatic pull-up triple where he may have actually gotten fouled.
Miller is a big-time gamer and shot maker, he finished with 38 points, including 22 in the second half. When the moment got bigger, he elevated his game and tried to bring his team along.

He’s made good progress as a lead guard who can put points on the board and still run the teams offense if called to do so. He’s the leading scorer on a 15-2 team. He seems to have found that comfort level, and confidence knocking down jump shots. He can get hot knocking down 3’s. Consistency is key.

He was a spark, aggressively trying to find a way to help his team. He has a quality skill and is growing into the point guard. With that being said, he can get aggressive looking for his shot opportunities. He has good foot speed and moves, with quality handles to put up mid range jumpers, and 3’s. He plays with confidence.

A quick point guard who was a starter for a good part of the season. He more than held his own running things up top for a good varsity team who made a deep run in the play-offs. He’s quick, fast pushing the ball up courts. He plays under control with a quick dribble to get separation on the drive into the paint for floaters or pulling up off the dribble for the short jumper. We’ve seen hit the 3 pointer. He’s got quickness on the defensive side of the ball.

It was our first look at the Freshman Point Guard, he’s starting and playing good minutes with his varsity team. He’s a fast, and speedy point guard, confident in his guard skills. He did good running the offense up top, moving the ball around the perimeter and using his speed, and quick crossover dribbles to attack and create for himself and others. He has a paint jumper, he’s fast in transition. We’ll keep an eye on him.
