Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend is here, meaning the back stretch of the season is starting to begin. The 2026 class has made its mark on the floor this season, especially at the point guard position. Here are the 2026 South Jersey point guards to track this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1411663' first='Torrey' last='Brooks'], 5'11 Camden

Brooks has provided an instant spark in the backcourt for the High since he became eligible. The 5'11 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finishes in a variety of ways around the rim. Brooks has a nice touch on his floater and sets his feet before he shoots. He can find his open teammates in the halfcourt and gets deflections on the defensive end. Brooks is a speedy guard prospect whose ability to run the offense effectively will be key to Camden making a deep run in the state tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1788762' first='Will' last='Spross'], 6'2 St. Joseph (Hamm.)

Spross has been filling up the stat sheet all season for the Wildcats, helping them to a 12-2 record. The 6'2 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to blow by his defender and is a crafty finisher around the rim. Spross can thread passes to his teammates in the halfcourt and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He is a solid rebounder and uses his instincts on the defensive end to get steals. Spross has five games with at least 20 points and five assists and should have more games like that as the season progresses.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595770' first='Louis' last='Galasso'], 5'11 Cherokee

Galasso has the ability to play off the ball as well, making him an intriguing prospect in the class. The 5'11 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Galasso is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and can score in the mid-range. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on defense. Galasso is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should continue to torch the nets from distance this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1919210' first='Mikah' last='Hart'], 6'0 Kingsway

Hart has been running the offense effectively for the Dragons all season as they are currently on an 11-game winning streak. The 6'0 guard uses his handle to blow by his defender off the bounce and finishes nicely around the basket. Hart can also score in the mid-range and wastes little motion in his release. He plays with poise on the ball and uses his quick hands to get deflections on the defensive end. Hart is a dynamic guard prospect who should continue to run the show for Kingsway this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2304509' first='Seamus' last='Bieg'], 5'10 Camden Catholic

Bieg has had big moments this season for the Irish as he's second on the team in scoring. The 5'10 guard has a clean shooting stroke and can knock down triples in bunches. Bieg moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the halfcourt. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on defense. Bieg has been torching the nets from distance all season and should continue to do so over the next couple of months.
